Returns + Exchanges

In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise policy. 

We will not be accepting returns or exchanges of any merchandise until further notice. 

Once a product has left our warehouse, we cannot accept it back. If you have any questions, please contact us help@orglamix.com. Thank you for understanding.

How many times have you wasted time and money (been there, done that) at the cosmetic counter? Things are different at Orglamix. We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order --for whatever reason-- simply return it within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.*

RETURNS
Orglamix will gladly accept unopened, unused merchandise for return or exchange. Please return the product, in its original packaging and shipping materials, along with a copy of your invoice. PLEASE NOTE: fragrances, promotional merchandise (sale, discontinued, limited edition, or samples) are non-returnable. We do not accept returns on subscriptions or items included in subscription boxes. Subscriptions are non-refundable. Custom / private label / wholesale orders and all perfume / fragrances and cream or pressed eyeshadows are made-to-order and are non-returnable

We recommend, for your protection that you send your return via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post. We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged return shipments. Return shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Orglamix will gladly accept unopened, unused merchandise for return or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue you a refund or exchange in the amount of your original purchase price. Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the products less original shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return was a result of our error.

Orders which originally received a qualifying promotion, such as a "free shipping offer" or "gift with purchase", will have the appropriate adjustments made to any refund due. Sale, discontinued, sample or promotional merchandise is non-returnable.  Refunds will always be issued to the same account to which they were charged and will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

♦ When you return your unopened, unused merchandise to Orglamix by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card or PayPal for the price of the item(s).
♦ If we receive your item(s) opened or used, or if they were paid with a Orglamix Gift Card, online store credit, voucher or marked "Returned to Sender" you will receive a refund in the form of an online store credit for the item(s).
♦ Items received more than 30 days after the purchase date may not be returned by mail.

Fragrance + Perfume Return Policy
Items from our fragrance line cannot be returned. Every Wicked Good product is blended and packaged to order ensuring the highest levels of freshness and quality.  Please make your selections with care and carefully review all product information before making a purchase. If unsure about a fragrance, please order a Perfume Wand to sample.
