As a small batch, handmade beauty brand, we rely on gold old-school word-of-mouth referrals to expand our brand awareness organically, over time. We simply do not have the budget, like the big box beauty companies -- this is where you come in.

As an avid user of Orglamix products + our clean beauty mission, we need your help by becoming an Orglamix Brand Rep. 

Once you've applied to become a Brand Rep, it's on to the good stuff! Please your order for your Brand Rep Kit. We only release a limited amount each month, so do not wait to order yours. They go fast! 

Here are a few important things to keep in mind when posting: 

- Post a minimum of 1-2 a month. Be consistent.
- Variety: Post on Instagram or Instagram Stories, Blog or try Facebook or FB Live, YouTube tutorial or look etc.
- Update your bio to include your Orglamix Brand Rep discount code to share with followers / friends / family. Don’t have one? Request one here.  Post something like like this once your social media profiles --->

Passion
Are you passionate about Orglamix products? Do you exude positive energy that will attract other like-minded people?

Professionalism
Are you reliable, open to feedback and have a high standard of conduct for yourself? This includes in-person as well as their online.

Versatility
We can quite you on messaging + talking points, however , it’s your unique voice + ability to speak to the needs of each person you meet that makes the message work. Are you open to constructive feedback, trying new strategies, and reevaluating what works and what doesn’t?

Engagement
Bigger is not always better. We don’t look for reps with the largest number of followers, rather we look for those with high engagement. Are you engaging with your audience? 

Authenticity
Consumers are tired of being targeted by companies on social media. The last thing we want is for someone to post another  advertisement. We’re looking for original, authentic posts with a genuine appreciation for our products.  This sentiment should come across naturally when you are sharing it with others. If you are being disingenuous or recommending something you don’t believe in, it will be clear.
