Cobalt Cat Eyes

Get that Bangles song out of your head-- you won't be in danger of revisiting the '80s if you use this trick. First draw over upper lashes with a black liner, flicking out the lines at the ends to make little wings. Then go over your handiwork with a blue shade. This way the blue won't appear too harsh.
