If you're anything like us, you hit up Pinterest for your daily beauty fix. Great! Then you've no doubt noticed all the cool and amazing nail art designs. LOVE. From a distance. Sadly, we're not so creative with our own nails. But that's all about to change! We've hunted down the best DIY pretty polish ideas for Spring that even a novice can master in no time.

  1. Ombre Stain
From the Girls in the Beauty Department, this Ombre Stain Mani was at the top of our to-try list. It looked a bit complicated, but once we practiced it a bit, it was easy enough. On a scale of 1-5, it's a 5, but well worth the effort. Our mint ombre nails received tons of compliments.
  2. Glitter + Glam
Love glitter? Then check out this look. The Chic Factor had us at DIY glitter nail polish!
  3. Pretty in Pink
This creative pink and nude reverse chevron mani looked simple enough. It took several takes, but the final outcome would make even Molly Ringwald proud.
  4. Somewhere Over the Rainbow
This rainbow ombre mani was super simple to create and looked great for days on end. We didn't find a pot of gold at the end of this rainbow, but we did find a look we love.
  5. Color Pop
These neon bright nail colors will get you noticed in a flash. If you think all neon is a bit too bright, opt for something a little more easy on the eyes like this take on the neon nude French mani or this simple take on the tribal trend.
