- Line lips with a bright red pencil and fill in the middle
- Swipe on several layers of matching matte lipstick over the liner to achieve maxi=mum coverage and intensity
- Choose a creamy, bright-pink lipstick, and press the bullet on the center of the lips.
- To create a uniform finish, gently tap a little pressed powder on the lips using the flat end of a wedge sponge (it's easy to control and covers your mouth evenly).
