What do you get when you combine cat eye with smokey shadow? Wings, so dramatic you can let them fly solo -- no vampy lips or cherub cheeks needed. It's 60's retro meets punk.

GET THE LOOK: SMOKEY CAT EYES
Achieve the graphic shape by drawing the wings with a pencil and darkening them with liquid liner. Then shade the creases with black and brown powder, extending the colors outward into two claw-sharp points. Meow.
