Returns + Exchanges

et’s be honest… we’ve all wasted time and money at a beauty counter.
At Orglamix, we do things differently.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

We gladly accept unopened, unused merchandise in its original packaging.

To process your return, please include:

• Item(s) you are returning or exchanging
• Reason for return or exchange
• A copy of your invoice

Because the majority of our products are handcrafted or made to order, the following items are non returnable:

• All fragrances and perfumes
• Samples
• Sale, discontinued, or limited edition items
• Promotional merchandise
• Subscription boxes and subscription items
• Custom, private label, wholesale, and bulk orders
  

All fragrance products are made to order for maximum freshness and quality.

For that reason, fragrance purchases are final sale.

If you’re unsure about a scent, we recommend starting with a sample before committing to a full size.

We recommend using FedEx, UPS, or an insured shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Once your return is received, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 7-10 business days.

• Unopened, unused items returned within 30 days are eligible for a refund to your original payment method.=
• Opened or used items may be issued as store credit
• Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Orders that qualified for promotions (like free shipping or gifts with purchase) will be adjusted accordingly.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and processed within 30 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.
