Bold brows proved their staying power again. One of the most dramatic trends -- thick, heavy, bold eyebrows are a woman's number one accessory. Backstage at New York Fashion Week, countless makeup artists agree-- it's all about a defined, tough, bushy brow for spring.
Models on the runway from Jason Wu, Reem Acra and Zac Posen sported bold brows to draw attention to the eye area and dramatic red lips with everything else understated. In contrast, models from Versace, Diesel, Carolina Herrera and Etro walked with defined, yet slightly more angular brows and stark nude lips. In similar fashion, Estée Lauder Creative Makeup Director Tom Pecheux enhanced the arches of stunners like Arizona Muse at Anthony Vaccarello.
