Opal Pressed Eye Shadow
I ordered the Opal Eye Shadow-Pressed; the wrong item was shipped and delivered to me. I had a hard time getting a reply from customer service. When I finally did, I was assured the correct item would be shipped out the next day. I still have not received the correct item and when I’ve reached out to customer service to check the status, I’ve not gotten a reply. I’ve tried to be patient, but this is very frustrating; especially because I was needing the correct item before traveling out of town for the holidays.
